Sorry dear, It has to be tight!!!

Poor Cleo Nicole.  Nikki Steele is showing her how to properly gag someone.  Her mouth is stuffed with a handful of lady's hankies and now Nikki is applying the scarf cleave to secure it.  A cleave gag has to be tight to be effective and Nikki is determined that Cleo will not be making noise for a while.

One of the reasons that Nikki can tie that scarf gag so tight is because Cleo's hair is covered with a headscarf.  Tying a gag is always a challenge when a woman's hair is down.  The headscarf solves that problem.
